1.Eligibility
Participation in this contest is open to all girls from age 5 to 16 years from India and abroad.
The registration fee for participants is INR 2750/- per child, which is non-refundable.
To be eligible, participants must be between the ages of 5 and 16 years and must register in the appropriate age category.
2. Organizers
The contest is organized, managed, and conducted by MyCity Events India Corporation and is subject to the policies and conditions of Junior Miss India.
3. Photo Submission
Junior Miss India cannot be held liable for missing or non-featured photos. All submitted photos must be appropriate for publication. Any unsuitable photos may result in disqualification from the contest.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
No refund will be provided in case of cancellation of participation, or if any scheduled shoots or training are missed. Junior Miss India reserves the right to cancel or alter any scheduled activities due to unforeseen circumstances, including health and safety concerns.
5. Selection Process
The selection and shortlisting of participants will be based on the judgment of the jury members, whose decision will be final.
6. Promotions and Casting Opportunities
While Junior Miss India promotes participants to casting agencies and production houses, no guarantees are made regarding opportunities. The outcome depends on several factors, including project requirements, auditions, and opportunities available at the time.
7. Gifts and Benefits
The delivery of gifts is subject to the convenience of Junior Miss India and its sponsors. Junior Miss India will not be responsible if any promised gifts are not provided by sponsors.
8. Final Decision
The decision of Junior Miss India regarding the contest, including its rules, selection process, and other related matters, will be final and binding. No further arguments or appeals will be entertained.
9. Communication
A list of registered and shortlisted participants will be posted on the Junior Miss India website/Facebook page and participants will be informed via telephone or WhatsApp. Only one attempt will be made to contact the selected participants. If unsuccessful, the selection will lapse, and no further claims can be made. Junior Miss India will not be liable for incorrect or uncontactable phone numbers.
10. City Audition and Grand Finale
Participants selected for the City Audition will be informed about the venue and further instructions regarding the Grand Finale. The jury’s decision during both the filtering and final selection stages will be final and based on Junior Miss India’s established procedures.
11. Expenses
Junior Miss India will not be liable for any costs incurred by the participants in relation to travel, lodging, food, or other personal expenses during the contest.
12. Photo and Video Shoots
Photos and video shoots will be conducted during the City Audition and Grand Finale.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising in connection with the contest shall be resolved exclusively by Junior Miss India, and the decision of the company will be final. No correspondence will be entertained.
14. Eligibility for Auditions
Each participant is allowed to audition only once during the City Auditions.
15. Modification or Cancellation of the Contest
Junior Miss India reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend, or cancel the contest at its discretion without providing any reasons. No claims in this regard will be entertained.
16. Modification of Terms
Junior Miss India reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
17. Parental/Guardian Consent
Participation in the contest is voluntary and requires the consent of the parent/legal guardian. By signing or submitting the entry form, or attending the City Audition, the parent/legal guardian agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
18. Indemnification
The parent/legal guardian of the participant shall indemnify Junior Miss India or its affiliates against any losses or damages arising from non-adherence to these Terms & Conditions.
19. Intellectual Property
The parent/legal guardian agrees that Junior Miss India and its affiliates hold exclusive rights over the intellectual property related to the contest. The use of any content related to Junior Miss India without prior authorization is prohibited.
20. Force Majeure
Junior Miss India will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
21. Publicity and Media Usage
The parent/legal guardian agrees to allow Junior Miss India to use photographs, images, and quotes for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and website content.
22. Conduct and Misconduct
Participants and their parents/legal guardians agree not to engage in any behavior that violates these Terms & Conditions, including making false statements, misrepresentation, or engaging in any form of misconduct.
23. No Cash Alternative
There is no cash alternative for any benefits awarded in the contest. These benefits are non-transferable.
24. Documentation and Verification
Upon selection, participants may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of residence, and other documents as requested by Junior Miss India for verification purposes.
25. Data Usage
The contact information provided by participants may be used by Junior Miss India or its partners for future communication related to the contest or other lawful purposes.
26. Jurisdiction
Any disputes related to the contest will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai or Indore.
