Terms & Conditions

  • Any Indian resident can participate in this contest.
  • Participant registration fee is rupees 2750/- per child which is non refundable.
  • Your child must be up to the age of 4 years to 15 years to enter and must be entered into the correct age category.
  • The contest is organized, managed and conducted by MyCity Events India Corporation.
  • The contest is subject to Junior Miss India policies and other conditions.
  • Junior Miss India cannot be held responsible for missing/non-featured photos of kids. All entry photos must be suitable for publication. Any unsuitable photo submitted might result in the entry being withdrawn from the competition.
  • No refund will be given upon cancellation of the entry in the contest or any cancelled/missed shoots/training. Junior Miss India reserves the right to cancel, or to alter scheduled activities due to unforeseen circumstances or health and safety issues.
  • Selection and short listing will be done based on Jury members’ choice which would be final in all cases.
  • MyCity Events promote Junior Miss India kids in casting companies and production houses but do not guarantee anything; it purely depends on requirement, script, opportunity, luck and auditions taken by the respective companies.
  • Delivery of the gifts will depend upon the convenience of Junior Miss India and its sponsors. Junior Miss India is not responsible if the sponsors do not give the gifts promised by them.
  • The decision of Junior Miss India shall be final in all regards and no arguments shall be entertained in this regard.
  • A list of the registered & shortlisted kids will be posted on the website/ Facebook page of Junior Miss India and informed telephonically / on whatsapp.
  • Only one attempt will be made to contact selected kids at the Telephone number available with Junior Miss India, thereafter the selection shall lapse unconditionally & irrevocably without further notice in this regard at the sole discretion of Junior Miss India & the selected contestant shall have no claim whatsoever. Junior Miss India shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any participant who cannot be contacted on the telephone number provided or if the telephone number is incorrect.
  • For the City Audition, selected kids will be informed about the venue & further process of Grand Finale by Junior Miss India Team.
  • The decision by the Jury Members during the filtering and Grand Finale shall be final & shall be as per the procedure adopted by Junior Miss India with or without supervision of any third party.
  • No-monetary consideration will be done by Junior Miss India on travelling/lodging/food etc. cost incurred by the contestants during the contest.
  • Junior Miss India Photo shoot and Video shoot would be done during City Audition & Grand Finale.
  • Any disputes should be referred to Junior Miss India Kids and decision of the company shall be final & binding & no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
  • Any participant can take part in Audition only ONCE during the duration of the City Auditions.
  • Junior Miss India reserves the right to suspend, shorten, modify, extends or cancels the contest at its sole discretion without assigning any reason; no claim in this regard shall be entertained.
  • Junior Miss India reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
  • Participation in the contest is purely voluntary and at the sole discretion of the Parent/Legal guardian of the participant.
  • All entries must be made by the parent who currently has parental responsibility of the child, or by a guardian who has parental responsibility of the child.
  • Once participation is made vide signing /submitting the entry form online or by attending city auditions, it is assumed that the terms and conditions are well understood by the Parent/Legal guardian of the participants and are agreeable to them.
  • Parent/Legal guardian represent and warrant on behalf of the participant that they shall indemnify Junior Miss India or its affiliate from any loss that may occur to Junior Miss India due to non-adherence to these terms and conditions.
  • Junior Miss India reserves the right to remove, refuse or cancel access to any participant without any reason therefore and shall be under no obligation to provide any benefits accrued under the contest.
  • The Parent/Legal guardian represents and warrant on behalf of the participant that they shall not, without any valid license or express authorization, use the intellectual property rights belonging to Junior Miss India and /or third parties.
  • Contest is subject to any loss or damage due to Act of God, Government action, force majeure events and situations beyond control of Junior Miss India and Junior Miss India shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for the same.
  • Parent/Legal guardian of the participant agree to make the participants available for publicity purposes if requested by Junior Miss India and agree to the use of their image and quotes for such publicity.
  • Junior Miss India will use photographs taken during Junior Miss India and contest for promotional purposes.
  • Junior Miss India reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit any content.
  • Parents/Legal guardians represent, warrant and unconditionally agree on behalf of the participant that they/participant shall not:
    • Do anything which violates any of the Terms;
    • Make any misrepresentation;
    • Do anything that does not comply with generally accepted internet etiquette including(without limitation) the excessive use of inflammatory or antagonistic criticism (“flaming”), or wastefully and unnecessarily including previous communication in any postings;
    • Perform system abuse;
    • Propagate, distribute or transmit Destructive Code, whether or not damage is actually caused thereby;
    • Internationally/Nationally make false or misleading statements;
    • Offer to sell or buy any product or service;
    • Post material that infringes copyright;
    • Post information that she knows to be confidential or sensitive or otherwise in breach of the law.
  • There is no cash alternative and the benefits are not transferable. Junior Miss India reserves the right to change any benefit of the contest at any time without any prior notice or consultation.
  • Whenever required, participant will be called for completion of all formalities as may be communicated by Junior Miss India including but not limited to providing her authentic and correct information, failing which she shall be disqualified at any time at any stage. In case false information is revealed at any time after participation, Parent/Legal guardian of the participant shall be liable to return all benefits, if any provided under the contest.
  • Junior Miss India reserves the right to restrict/bar any person from participating in the contest without quoting any reasons for the same.
  • Participants/Parents/ Legal guardians of the participants found indulging in any malpractices such as cheating dubious profiles etc., shall be disqualified from the contest at any time and shall not be eligible for any benefits of the contest.

  • All the content entered by participant becomes Junior Miss India property and can be used by the company as, where & when they deem appropriate.
  • This pageant is not applicable in a country outside India, any state of India or other country if it is prohibited by law there.
  • Junior Miss India shall not be liable under any circumstances towards any loss or damage or expenses or cost or any third party liability, whether directly or indirectly, arising out or in relation to use or availing of any benefits of the contest and/or in connection with the said gratification as the case may be.
  • The Parents/Legal guardian represents and warrant on behalf of the participant that once the participant is selected, they shall execute all such documentations as deemed necessary by Junior Miss India on participant’s behalf and allow Junior Miss India and their assignee to use,display,copy,modify,distribute,publish,sell,assign,exchange,license,sub-license,in all and all locations, in any medium, form or format, in any number, the picture, image or likeness and the reproductions of the winner, and any biographical information furnished by the winner to Junior Miss India.
  • The parents/Legal guardian of the participants shall be required to provide proof of identity for self and participant, proof of residence and all other documentation as required by Junior Miss India, which shall be intimated by Junior Miss India once the participant is selected for Fashion Show..
  • The database of mobile numbers can be used by Junior Miss India or by its allied Partners in future for any lawful purpose as deemed fit by Junior Miss India
  • In case of change in date of contest or cancellation thereof for any reason beyond control of Junior Miss India, Junior Miss India shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
  • Courts in Mumbai OR Indore only shall have jurisdiction.
